He is survived by: his son Brian Lee Taylor (Amber) of Tipp City, OH; his grandchildren, Cole and Charlotte Taylor; and his siblings, Gary Taylor of Silver Spring, MD and Laura Athey (Taylor) of Frederick, MD. He is also survived by his several nieces and nephews.
