He was predeceased by: his parents, Vestal W. Billow and Esther Billow (Wentzel); his wife Betty L. Billow (Allander); and his siblings, Clifford, Charles, Lee, Paul, Ben, Percy, Jim Billow, Emma Robinson, Iva Hare, Thelma Billow and Hazel Klinger.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sherri L. Stefanon (Tim) of Dillsburg, Kim L. Billow of Mechanicsburg and Angela M. Reffner (Brian) of Dillsburg; his grandchildren, Christopher, Lindsay Stefanon, Payton and Cody Billow; his stepgranddaughter Kayla Reffner Carroll; his great grandchildren, Rhett Stefanon and Madelyn Staub; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Levi and Addison.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Gene may be made to the Harrisburg Area Humane Society, 7790 Grayson Road, Harrisburg, PA 17111.
