He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Sebastian (Gorman) and Francis Sebastian; and his brother Thomas Sebastian. He is survived by: his child Poppy; his sister Dotsy; his wife Ann Sebastian (McAndrew); his sister Dorothy Boylan; his children, Patrick Sebastian (Tammy), Brian Sebastian, Christine Livingston (Michael) and Scott Sebastian (Jessica); his grandchildren, Tasha Palm (Ryan), Melissa Sebastian, Erica Sebastian, Brandon Sebastian and Zachary Livingston; and his great grandchildren, Ashlyn Thomas, Summer Palm, Skylar Palm and Zoey Shepherd.
