She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob C. Sheely Sr. and Ethel Harbold Sheely; her husbands, Elmer R. Walters, Raymond L. Bates and C. Ray Martin; her daughter Ann M. Walters Martin; and her siblings, Harold E. Sheely, Jacob C. Sheely Jr. and Marie Doyle.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael C. Walters (Beth Ellen) and Mark R. Walters (Jeanne); her sisters-in-law, Dolores Sheely, Dorothy Sheely and Ethel Quigley; and her stepchildren, Thomas Martin (Barbara), Wendy Stacks (David), Richard Martin and Becky Knisely (Alan). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church, 44 W. Main Street, Shiremanstown, PA 17011.
