He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Henry O'Neal and Harriet Irene Cannon O'Neal; his brothers, Graham, Howard and Linwood O'Neal; and his wife Dorothy Diradour O'Neal.
He is survived by: his daughters, Arden A. Peterson (David) of Chesapeake, VA and Lyn F. O'Neal of Carlisle, PA; his grandsons, David Peterson, Luke, Matthew Peterson and Stephen Peterson; his great grandchildren, Simon Peterson and Elizabeth Peterson; his nieces, Stephanie and Nancy O'Neal; his nephew Dean O'Neal; his siblings-in-law, Virginia Diradour and Martin H. Diradour Jr.; his niece-in-law Elizabeth Gutzmer (Daniel); and also, Zach and Sarah.
