He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Colman Peters and Donna Peters (Taylor). He is survived by: his sister Jane Peters McMullen (Roy) of Camp Hill; his nephews, Nolan Richard McMullen (Kalea) of Pittsburgh and Roy James McMullen, III (Stephanie) of Lebanon; his niece Justine Taylor McMullen of New York, NY; and his pet Haley. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
