With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Douglas Keith Tobin of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 27, 2024 at the age of 78. He was predeceased by: his parents, R. Keith Tobin and Jeannetta Tobin; his former wife Elizabeth Schuck Tobin; and his stepdaughter Penny Caufman. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hardy Tobin; his daughters, Laura Tobin Goddard (John Goddard) of Enola, PA and Charity Rodriguez (Fredric) of Lancaster, PA; his grandchildren, Skyler Carpenter-Tobin, Marleigh Carpenter, Grace Goddard, Mia and Ian Rodriguez; his brothers, Bruce Tobin (Kathleen) and Wallace Tobin (Denise); his cousins, Dann Tobin, Fred Tobin, Doug Kline and Navyne Kline; his stepchild Stacey Godbold (Norman Updegraff); and his mother-in-law Clara Crousore. He is also survived by his 9 step-grandchildren and 20 step-great-grandchildren; and his nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law.
