He was predeceased by: his parents, John Emory Cape Sr. and Almeda Catherine Cape (Kessler); and his brothers, Kenneth Cape, John Cape Jr. and Henry Cape.
He is survived by: his wife Mami Cape (Shimojima); his children, Donald "Tony" Emory Cape Jr. (Leslie) of Hanover, PA, Holly Marie Cook (Scott) of Hanover, PA, Serena Marie Warren (Chris) of Lancaster, PA and David Allen Cape of Sparta, NC; his brother Robert Cape (Paulette) of York, PA; and his pet Junior. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren; his two great-grandchildren.
