He is survived by: his wife Marjorie (Spall); his daughters, Lisa Rustici Laura (Marc) and Jennifer Wicht (Steve); his grandchildren, Kevyn (Jessica) and Heather Rustici-Poirot (Mike); and his great grandchildren, Angelo and Frankie Rustici.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
