He was predeceased by: his parents, George Stouffer and Marie Stouffer; his former wife Dorcasanne Stouffer (Woodward); his son Jeffrey Stouffer; and his stepdaughter Michelle Priar.
He is survived by: his wife Cathie Stouffer (Betz); his sons, David Stouffer, Jr. (Cheri) of Duncannon, Wayne Stouffer (Sue) of Harrisburg and Steven Stouffer (Trudy) of Lewisberry; his stepchildren, Jimmy Priar (Stephanie), Elizabeth Foote (Dean), Susie Mustard (John) and Chris Priar (Mel); and his daughter-in-law Deanna Stouffer. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
