She was predeceased by: her parents, George Gates and Margaret Gates (Jack Miller); and her grandson Matthew Sather. She is survived by: her daughters, Lanee Glass (Dominick) and Heather Utsick (Ken); her granddaughters, Jenna Walsh (Ryan) and Maryssa Zetter (Andrew); and her great grandchildren, Logan, Reily Sather, Brody, Carter, Raegan Salerno, Jade and Quinn Walsh.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Malpezzi Funeral Home (8 Market Plaza Way, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
