Betty S. Shields Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty S. Shields (Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 9, 2019 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Stambaugh and Mary Weaver Stambaugh; her husband Mervin Lester Shields; her siblings, Paul Stambaugh, Merle Stambaugh and Helen B. Hake; and her son-in-law David P. Mehls.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Shields (Joann) of Dillsburg, Bonnie Mehls of Dillsburg and Darryl S. Shields of Mechanicsburg; her grandchildren, Tracy, Jennifer, Holly Shields of Dillsburg, Steve Shields of Carlisle, Linnea Mehls of Moultrie, GA and Kelton Mehls (Brittany) of Murfressboro, TN; and her pet Topper. She is also survived by her husband, children and grandchildren.
