She is survived by: her children, Scott D. Banks and Kim Dunlap; her grandchildren, Samantha Romanias (Alex), Danielle Banks, Blain Dunlap, Mia Axford (Justin) and Hunter Banks; and her great grandchildren, Everly Banks, Luka Romanias and Landon Romanias.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
