He is survived by: his parents, Stuart "Johnny" "Whitey" Kinsey Johns and Caroline Miller (Youngdale) of Savannah, GA; his wife Sandra "Sandy" René Carr (Taylor); his daughter Taylor Lynn Carr of Washington, D. C.; his siblings, Susan "Susie" Clifton (Keith) of Mechanicsville, MD and Philip "Gene" Eugene Carr (Cheryl) of Brandywine, MD; his nieces, Emily Turner (Jeff), Patricia Windsor (Donald) and Amy Alejandro; and his pets, Casanova, Griffin and Louie. He is also survived by several great nephews and a great niece.
