She was predeceased by: her parents, Dane Ernest Detrick and Helen Detrick (Byron). She is survived by: her husband David Patton; her son Byron Patton (Sherin Varghese); her granddaughters, Lillian and Vivian Patton; and her daughter Margaret Patton. She is also survived by four sisters and one brother.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Harrisburg Area Food Pantry.
