He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James O. Starn, Grace Puri, Olive and William Philips; and his aunts, Ruth Nagare and Kathie Phillips.
He is survived by: his parents, William E. Sr. Starn and Stella M. Starn (Phillips) of Meadville, PA; his daughter Bella Madison Grace Starn; his close friend Melissa "Missy" Ann Beebe; his sisters, Suzanne Filipos (George) of Charleston, SC and Stephanie Gardner of Cortland, OH; his niece Zoey Olive Gardner; and his nephew Gunner Duane Gardner. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
