He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Kelly and Josephine Kelly (Hoover). He is survived by: his half-siblings, Joseph Kelly, Dell Kelly, Walter Kelly, Josephine and Audrey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rose and Waid Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. - Meadville (581 Chestnut St, Meadville, PA 16335).
