It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William J. Cooper (Meadville, Pennsylvania), born in Titusville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 2, 2019, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Cooper and Doris Hopkins Cooper; and his wife Debra Ann Irwin August. He is survived by: his children, Kandi Burchett (Russ) of New Castle and Jeremy Cooper of Meadville; his grandsons, Noah and Ethan Burchett; his brothers, Ray Cooper (Jane) of Cooperstown and Jim Cooper (Trudy) of Meadville; his parents-in-law, Wally and Shirley Irwin of Meadville; his siblings-in-law, Sherree Yochum (Rodney) of Pleasantville, Susan Beck (Steve) of Titusville, Jeffrey Irwin (Memory) of Meadville and Timothy Irwin (Janet) of Meadville; his uncle Bob Hopkins (Martha) of Meadville; and his pets, Punkie, Smokie Jo and Sammy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
