He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Midkiff and Iva Midkiff (Payne); his half-brother Anthony Midkiff; and his grandson Shane Patterson. He is survived by: his spouse Billie Midkiff (Fyock); his children, Wayne Midkiff Jr. of Meadville, Bryan Midkiff (Teresa) of New Philadelphia, OH, Trina VanGiesen (Rick) of North East, PA and Tricia Holcombe (William) of Meadville; his grandchildren, Danelle, Shelby, Zane, Nicolas, Joshua, Nicole, Justin, Nathan and A. J. (Brittany); his siblings, William Earl Midkiff (Barbara) of Meadville, Patricia Dougherty (Jeff) of Meadville and Rex Midkiff of Meadville; and his half-siblings, Charles and Janice. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
