It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter R. Prest Jr. of Meadville, Pennsylvania, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on December 18, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Prest and Laura Prest; and his brother John Prest. He is survived by: his pets, McLean, Poppy and Bandit; his wife Ruth of Meadville; his grandson Mark Prest (Margie); his children, Kimberly Hissick (Tom), Shari Boger (Jeff) and Glenn Prest (Melanie); his grandson Benjamin; and his son Craig Prest (Aaron). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
