We are sad to announce that on June 9, 2023, at the age of 95, Virginia Ann (Ginnie) Neely of Meadville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Batchelor and Anna Dutch Batchelor; her spouse Rell Neely; her son Brian Allen Neely; her son-in-law Joe Arnett; and her siblings-in-law, Bob and Vae Batchelor.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janice Arnett (Bill Vittorio) of Linesville and Ginelle Gillette (Ted) of Meadville; her grandchildren, Jonathan Arnett (Amy Buchanon), Samantha Campbell (John), Heidi Marcinick (Matt), Tanya Gillette (Joshua Duffie), Lydia Gingerich (Brandon) and Andrew Gillette; her stepgranddaughter Audria Arnett; and her great grandchildren, Dakota Arnett, Levi Marcinick and Catherine Campbell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
