He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Victor and Dorothy Litwiler; his father David Freeman; his brother Thomas Lopaze; and his nephew Anthony Johnson.
He is survived by: his daughter Christina; his grandson Tyler Litwiler; his mother Margeret Freeman of Hermitage, PA; his siblings, Daniel (Cecilia Lopaze) and Laura Parola (Joe Santell); and his nieces, Tiffany Johnson of Greenville, PA and Ashley Lopaze of Los Angeles, CA.
He donated food and supplies to churches and shelters for over 30 years. Victor also donated his time as an animal cruelty investigator for Trumbull County, OH for many years.
