She was predeceased by: her parents, L. Claude McCurdy and Gertrude McCurdy (Arters); her husband Fred Odell; her siblings, Richard and Patricia; and her son Ronald O. Smith.
She is survived by: her sister Marilyn Mihailoff; her sister-in-law Dorothy McCurdy; her grandchildren, Kelly Smith and William Smith; her daughter-in-law Susan Smith; her great grandchild Lucas Smith; and her nieces and nephews, R. A. Mihailoff, Nick Mihailoff (Jodi), Steven Mihailoff (Melodie), Chris Vasquez (Ralph), Patti Groff and John McCurdy (Lynn).
