He is survived by: his children, Timothy K. Woodruff, II (Shelly) of Meadville and Melissa Engels (Rob) of Meadville; the mother of his children Christine Woodruff of Meadville; his daughter Kathleen Boehme of Akron, OH; his grandchildren, Dayna Woodruff, Samuel Engels and Nicholas Engels; and his stepbrothers, David Winters (Lori) of Meadville and Douglas Winters (Padie) of San Marcos, CA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice in memory of Tim.
