He is survived by: his parents, Elmer Parker and Mary Hipple Parker; his sisters, Melissa Parker of Conneaut Lake and Kristy Harper (Preston) of Bremen, GA; his grandmother Virginia Parker of Centerville; his nephew Christopher Parker; and his nieces, Madyson Duffy and Bella Harper. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
