He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "Doc" Resinger and Marion Bowles Resinger; his brothers, Dwayne Resinger and Lynn Luzier; and his nephew Bryan Resinger.
He is survived by: his stepmother Margaret "Peggy" McCartney Resinger; his daughters, Lynette Kosar and Marcy Hazlett (Dale McDannel); his grandchildren, Chandler Hazlett (Lexie Burdick), Drake Hazlett, Andrew Kosar (Ashlee Rowles) and Jonathan Kosar (Megan Earle); and his siblings, James Resinger (Sheila), David Luzier (Nora Kay), Daniel Resinger and Marcia Dodge. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
