It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Hoffman of Meadville, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 10, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hoffman and Dorothy Vondran Hoffman; his daughter Tammy Hoffman; and his sister Barbara Ann Gibson. He is survived by: his wife Christine Hoffman of Meadville; his daughters, June Schmiedlin (Charlie) of Pittsburgh and Dawn Jones (Mike) of Meadville; his grandsons, Brandon Hoffman, Charlie Schmiedlin and Thomas Hoffman III; his great grandchildren, Justice, Brandon and Mia; and his sister Elizabeth Bechtold of Pittsburgh.
