He is survived by: his children, Catherine Port (William) of Mechanicsburg and Thomas Pauvlik (Kathleen) of North Olmsted, OH; his grandchildren, Jack Port, Katlyn Pauvlik and Matthew Pauvlik; his sister Jeanne Helmcke (Michael) of Chicago, IL; his nephews, Robert Lape Jr. (Renee) of West Union, IA and Joseph Lape (Jennifer) of Mt. Pleasant; and his niece Kirsten Dudeck (Joseph) of Glenview, IL..
