He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph DeBaise and Mary V. DeBaise (Euliano); his wife Kathleen "Carole" Maxwell; and his siblings, Mary V. Phillips, Rose DeBaise, Joseph DeBaise, Jr., Andrew DeBaise and Arthur DeBaise.
He is survived by: his children, Tina Marie DeBaise of Cambridge Springs, Kathleen Cali of Encinitas, CA, Diane M. DeBaise of Meadville and John J. DeBaise of Pembroke Pines, FL; his grandchildren, Leslie Stabile, Tony Cali, Riley Marzka, Danielle DeBaise and Dustin DeBaise; and his great grandchild Mojo Sonny Rae Stabile. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
