She is survived by: her daughter Macky Lynn Martin (Curt) of Fairview, OK; her grandchildren, Jamie Gadberry (Walter) and Chad Martin (Amy); her great grandchildren, Derrick Fast and Oz Martin; and her siblings, Beverly Skaggs, Bob Phillips (Leta) of New Richmond, PA, Paul Phillips (Delores), Denny Phillips (Bobbi) and Larry Phillips of Knox, PA..
