She is survived by: her parents, Terry Plyler and Rose Plyler (Kirk); her children, Elizabeth Plyler (Cody Brewer), Adam Ballard (Allie Linn) and Eric Ballard; her grandson Payden Ballard (Adam); her sister Kelly Plyler; her sister-in-law Lisa Carnes (Gary); her friend Freddy; her close friend Vicki Myhoffer-Corbitt; and her grandpup Rosco. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.
