She was predeceased by: her parents, G. Paul Boughner and Helen Wilson Boughner; her husband William A. Wykoff (Bill); and her sister Linda Reitz. She is survived by: her son William (Bud); her granddaughters, Sarah Jean and Kaitlin Ann Wykoff; her close friend Gary Belfiore of Meadville; her brother Warren Boughner (Patricia Drazina) of Cochranton; and her brother-in-law Steve Reitz of Saegertown. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
