She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Blair and Bertha Blair; her husband Frank W Belohlavek; and her stepchildren, Dawn Campbell (Richard), Tracey Salsi (Scott) and Bruce Belohlavek (Melissa).
She is survived by: her children, Holly L Walter (Ed) and Jon S Blair (Rick); her grandsons, Joshua (Katelyn), Logan and Ed; her stepgrandchildren, Ashley and Kayley; and her brother Frank Blair (Carolyn).
