She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Hazen and Caroline Hecker Hazen; her siblings, Kenneth Hazen (Dorothy), Richard Hazen (Charlmina) and Beryl Armour (Clayton); her niece Susan Armour Garner Leax (Donald Leax); and her nephew George Hazen.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Barr of Meadville; her niece Donna Smith; her great-nieces, Marla Chess (Douglas) of Hadley and Pamela Scabilloni (John) of Pittsburgh; her nephew Thomas Hazen of Gaithersburg, MD.; and also, Nathan, Conner, Bradley Smith (Kimberly) of Hadley, Ami, Clayton, Nicholas, William and Elizabeth.
