He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Harned and DaVee Campbell Harned; and his former wife Phyllis Perry. He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Pamela Mullen (Timothy) of Meadville and Steven Harned (Julie) of Summerville, SC; his stepson Vincent Forrester of Butler; his grandchildren, Cody, DaVee Harned and Bryce Mullen; and his brother Richard Harned of Conneaut Lake. He is also survived by one niece and three nephews.
