He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerson C. Stallard and Anna VanVolkenburg Stallard Payne; and his wife Joan Morris. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Stanford (Craig Schenberg) of Meadville, Robert Stallard (John Barnett) of Erie and Douglas Stallard of Meadville; his grandchildren, Jennifer Furtwangler (Ryan) of Palm City, FL and Zachary Stanford (Vanessa) of Meadville; and his great grandchildren, Avery, Kalli, Paisley and Damian. He is also survived by several brothers, sisters and other family members.
