He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Glenn and Helen Jean Webber (Burns); his stepfather Irvin Troxell; his grandchildren, Bridget Fleming, Domenic Phillips and Vashay Smith; his sister Virginia Rice; his half-brother Irvin Troxell, Jr.; and his in-laws, Janet and John.
He is survived by: his wife Alta Ilene Seeley; his children, Melissa Jean Webber of Meadville, Rebecca B. Fleming (Mark) of Meadville, Vicky L. Webber of Meadville, Robert Richard Webber, Jr. of Meadville and Jason L. Webber Rowland (Teresa) of Saegertown; his siblings, Mary Hunt and Laurince Roy Webber; his half-sisters, Gladys Brenizer and Dorothy Waychoff; and his stepsister Ilene Rice. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; two great granddaughters.
