He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Ploski and Mary Watson Ploski; his son Garth Leeper Ploski; and his siblings, Lillian Lee and James Ploski.
He is survived by: his wife Kendra Leeper; his daughter-in-law Erica Ploski of Cochranton; his grandchildren, Anastasia Ploski (Townsend Pritchard) of Meadville, Savannah Ploski of Cochranton and Chandler Ploski of Cochranton; his sister Barbara Atwell (Ronald) of Meadville; and his friends, Larry Atkins, John McCaskey and Gerard Glock (Connie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
