He was predeceased by: his mothers, Faye Powell, Sr. (Seley) and Patricia Morante (Patty); his siblings, Beverly Stanley (Eugene), Melvin Powell, Jr. (Ellen) and Donald Powell; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Sullivan and Leland Horne.

He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Powell (Heather) of Pittsburgh and Aaron Powell of Pittsburgh; his grandchildren, Logen, Natalie and Brynn; his siblings, Evelyn Horne, Helen Sullivan, Joyce Powell, Sharon Bailey (Don), Linda Riorden (Bob), Margaret Baker (Ron) and Richard Powell; his sisters-in-law, Rose Powell and Ethel Morante; and also, Tita, Ron Gibson, Pat, Mary Mantini, Harry and Wendy Bish. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews and many great nieces and great nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made in Bob's memory to Yolanda G. Barco Oncology Institute 16792 Conneaut Lake Road or Hospice of Crawford County, 766 Liberty St., both in Meadville, PA 16335.
