He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard I. Higby, Sr. and Elizabeth T. Higby (Parrasewich). He is survived by: his significant other Celeste F. Higby of Meadville; his children, Jessica L. Topka (Paul) of Pittsburgh, Joshua R. Higby (Donna) of San Antonio and Travis I. Higby of Meadville; his stepsons, Ian Stefaniszyn, Ashley of Grove City, Brin Stefaniszyn (Malayna) of Pittsburgh and Van Stefaniszyn of Grove City; his grandchildren, Connor Higby, Elizabeth, Maximus Topka, Loden and Laeli Stefaniszyn; and his siblings, Annette Eccles (Daryl) of Saegertown and Bernard Higby, Jr. (Rhonda) of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in Robert's memory to a charity of the donor's choice.
