Cornell of Meadville, Pennsylvania, born in Titusville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 17, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace E. Cornell and Daisey Cornell (Hunt); and his siblings, Josephine, Patty, Linda, Bill, Harold, Cubby, Merle, Ronnie and Kenneth.
He is survived by: his wife Joan B. Bortner; his children, David Mattocks, Jr. (Neoma) of Saegertown and Sharon Chapman (Timothy) of Belmont, NH; his grandchildren, Monique Stallings (Scott), Isaiah Mattocks (Heather), Elijah Mattocks (Katherine), Jeff Mattocks, Peter Mattocks, Jude Mattocks, Ezra Mattocks, John Chapman, Mark Chapman, Brian Chapman and Christopher Holland (Megan); his great grandchildren, Brittany, Hannah, Anna Stallings, Dakota, Malachi and TaraBeth Mattocks; his great great grandchildren, Neveah and Izabella Stallings; and his siblings, Elaine Cornell of Titusville and Lester Cornell of Oil City.
