He was predeceased by: his father John Weig; and his brother Tom Weig. He is survived by: his wife Dee of Meadville; his children, Lori Weig-Tamasy of Saltsburg, Karen Weig (Sean Rickert) of Phoenixville and Rick Weig Jr. of Greensburg; his grandchildren, Jack Tamasy of Saltsburg and Alexis Weig of Greensburg; and his siblings, Jackie Hamblin (Chuck) of Peosta, IA, Melody Weig of London, England and Andy Weig (Deb).
