He was predeceased by: his parents, John Clayton and Ada Smith Clayton Dingle; his wife Anna Yarosh; his grandson Sean Catalano; his brother Donald Clayton; and his stepfather Paul Dingle.
He is survived by: his daughters, Connie Ann Mahoney (Mark) of Meadville and Carol Ann Reaugh (Jeff); his stepbrother Donald Dingle (Jan) of Meadville; his grandchildren, Jared (Danielle), Marcus (Cira), Rory Mahoney (Jaclyn), Vanessa Catalano, Megan and Jason Reaugh; and his godson Robert Clark. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
