He was predeceased by: his parents, A. John Noonen and Martha A. Noonen (Bartle); and his wife Joanne Desant. He is survived by: his daughters, Dr. Ann Noonen of Meadville and Mary Carol Scrocco; and his grandchildren, Kelly Ann Scrocco and John Raymond Scrocco.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Richard's memory to Epiphany of the Lord Parish, St. Brigid Church 383 Arch St. Meadville, PA 16335 or the Loon Lake Fish Fund, c/o Cindie Harrington, 28 Orchard St., Canisteo, NY 14823.
