He was predeceased by: his parents, Emory Holbrook and Tillie Holbrook (Kebort); his wife Elsa J. Carpenter; and his siblings-in-law, Norman Pierce, Louis Carpenter Jr. and Winifred Miller.
He is survived by: his sons, Timothy Holbrook (Patti) of Meadville, PA and Thomas Holbrook (Deanna) of Conneaut Lake, PA; his grandchildren, Keith Holbrook, Erica Shaulis (Cody) of Saegertown, PA, Dalton Holbrook (Brittany) of Linesville, PA and Molly Holbrook-Smith (Brent) of Conneaut Lake, PA; and his siblings-in-law, Helen Pierce of Meadville, PA and Richard Miller. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
