He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlin Hart and Larieta Hart (Deshner); his brother George; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Hart. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Ellion; his daughters, Marcie Hart-Collins (Alan) of Meadville, PA and Tammy Barnes (Ronald) of Meadville, PA; his brother Robert Hart (Darlene); and his aunt Lois Price of Meadville, PA. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
