He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Allen and Genevieve Allen (Proudfoot). He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Grundy (Thomas Jr.) of Saegertown, PA and Jeffrey Allen of Erie, PA; and his grandsons, Joseph (Jonathan) and Kevin Wright (Susan).
