She is survived by: her husband Franklin "Paul" Bailey of Geneva; her children, Peggy Sue, Paula Bowman (Bill) and Frank Bailey, Jr. (Sharon); her grandchildren, Ryan Hays (Heather), William Bowman (April), Dalton Bowman, Leanna Bailey, Janie Bailey (Jimmy Keller), Katie Bailey, Kaci Hyde, Kortni McConnell (Tyler), Seth Black, Kylie Hyde (Dave Hinds) and Kaela Blum (William); her great grandchildren, Carmen Bowman, Skylar Bowman, Kaidence Hays, Jackson Dwyer, Amelia, Safia Keller, Nolan Blum, Logan Blum, Emerlynn Blum, Brooklynn Blum and Thomas Hinds; her sisters, Linda Piatt and Pam Riley; and her sisters-in-law, Flavia Beil and Edna Bailey.
