She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank T. Swavey and G. Audene Crawford Swavey; her husband Gary E. Conrad; her children, Corey Edward Conrad and Kim Haynes; and her siblings, Helen Jeannerette, Bernard, Russell and Richard Swavey.
She is survived by: her children, Chad Conrad (Christi) of Cary, NC and Lori Yokeley (Frank) of Stokesdale, NC; her daughter-in-law Carey Conrad of Meadville; and her grandchildren, Caitlyn, CJ, Calsey, Cameron, Carleigh Conrad, Jada, Robert, Michael and Joshua Yokeley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
