She is survived by: her husband Richard Phillips of Meadville, PA; her stepson Lane Phillips of Edinboro, PA; her sister Kris Whiteside of Pittsburgh, PA; her great-nephew Ryan Jones (Kaysi); and her great-niece Lindsae Jones of Pittsburgh, PA..
